(If they wanted to show that a badass warrior didn't have to be 'ugly' and 'bulky' because 'hot' women can be feminists too yadayada, they could still have gone for someone who looks atleast slightly warrior-ish. Somehow the male side-kick, made to look extra-rugged to offset his side-kickness, is more of a co-star.
Even with lowered expectations I couldn't finish watching this movie. Deadpool was more empowering and feminist.
